Useful correction reports identify the page, exact statement, reason for concern and a primary or authoritative source when available.
How reports are assessed
We compare the concern with the cited source, regulator or product documentation. Material safety, regulatory and price-source errors take priority.
How changes are recorded
When a correction changes the meaning or published range, the page review date and QA record should be updated. Dates are not changed merely to make content appear fresh.
